What's New

The weather is changing here and I am in my art room working on items for the upcoming Christmas shows. This is the beginning of a new poppy greeting card.

All of my cards start with tons of sketches and then move onto a more detailed drawing. This is the beginning of the drawing of the poppy. After I am happy with the drawing, I start the work on a painting and this will be turned into a card. These cards blank inside and are perfect for Mother's Day, birthdays, anniversaries and a variety of other special occasions. (They also look great framed!)

This year, I look forward to seeing you at the Festival of Crafts in Calgary December 1 to 4 and at the Edmonton Butterdome Show, December 8  to 11, 2011
